A few months ago, Jack and I decided to practice at little flash photography at sunset. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until we reached our location that we realized that the sunset was obscured by some rain clouds off in the distance. Being the professionals we are, we went ahed and shot some photos anyway.
Because the sun was obscured and the flash was gelled to match the orange of a sunset I think the resulting photos have a strange/interesting look about them.

Another February 13th has passed and that means that Jack is a year older. On Jack’s official birthday we had Jack’s friend Asa over for a small party. The following Saturday Jack’s “big” party was held in Mandeville at Grammy and Paw-Paw’s house.

As luck would have it the External Hard Drive that I use to backup the data on the iMac failed today. That means I’ve lost my only backup…which means I’m scared.
I quickly signed up for an unlimited account with the Mozy. If you don’t know what Mozy is, do your self a favor and check it out.
The initial Mozy backup will take approximately 33 days. I hope I don’t have any further hard drive failures in the mean time.

While I’m busy working on getting this site’s original content back, please be sure to visit album.mikebonnett.com, which hasn’t been deleted. (Thankfully.)
Did I mention that it Snowed a couple of weekends ago? I didn’t? Well, I guess you should checkout the pictures.

On Thursday Feb. 7, 2008 I managed to delete the database which contained all of the original posts on this site.
I’m working on getting the data back.
In the mean time this new site is the placeholder.
(Wish me luck.)
